The Pipes Are Callin' Auction Approaches!

Each year, the Arvada Chorale holds an auction, which is the biggest fundraiser of the year! Last year we made over $4,000, and we hope to meet or achieve that goal this year too. The success of the auction depends on YOU! Your help in obtaining donations, your help in running the auction, and your help in purchasing some of the items up for bid.

Open, print and read the Donation Guide, and print out at least one copy of the Donation Form and keep it with you as you shop, work and travel around the area. When you're at a store or restaurant that might donate an item (such as a gift card or anything else), whip out the form and see if you can get a donation. If the vendor requires anything else, such as a letter let Sara know and she'll be happy to provide it.

One extra challenge this year is that we will be holding the auction during both performances of our March 10 concert, so it's especially important to have a large number of donations.

When you get a donation, you can either turn in the completed Donation Form to any member of the auction committee (Sara Mellen, Melinda McGann or Kim Jans), or you can enter it yourself online. Instructions on how to do this are printed in the Donation Guide.
